i see so many teenagers smoking nowadays tat i could not resist myself from writing this post...
QUIT SMOKING YOU IDIOT !!!
if you think smoking is cool, the think again when u are lying your deathbed....alone...helpless...waiting for death...
NOT THAT COOL RIGHT NOW, ARE YOU???
maybe you think " never mind, i'm still young...i'll worry bout those negative effect when i'm older"
FYI, cancer struck anyone at any age...
before we go into the pros and cons of smoking....
lets see about the chemical compound of a cigarette...
there are over 4000 chemicals, each poses a threat to the human body...
which includes tar, carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxide, hydrogen cyanide, metals, ammonia, etc etc
imagine those flowing in my blood already gives my the creeps....

CONS OF SMOKING
some short term effects are:
1) it constricts the airway of lung
2) carbon monoxide decrease the availability of oxygen to tissues...
3) increases smokers heart rate i.e. more prone to heart attack
4) elevate smokers blood pressure
perhaps these effects are not enuf to convince you to quit smoking...
so, lets move on to long term effects, shall we??
1) UGLY TEETH
i think i will go OMG if i saw someone like tat stepping into my clinic next time...
with teeth like tat, i wont even dare to show myself in public...
if you are a women, you should noe how beautiful teeth can giv a good impression to
everyone....
if your mate has these teeth, would you dare 2 kiss him/her?
2) LUNG DISORDERS
smoking causes lung cancer, emphysema, bronchitis and other respiratory diseases...
in addition, smokers are more prone to oral and laryngeal cancer than non-smokers...
gross right??
tis is how your lung will look like if u continue smoking....
3) heart disease
smokers are more prone to heart attack than non-smokers....
tar clogs the coronary artery...making it difficult for RBCs to pass through....
if this happens in the brain...stroke occurs.....
4) waste of money
a box of cigarette does not come cheap nowadays...
so why waste money on sth tat does not benefit you???
lets do some calculations....
assuming a box of cigarette cost RM7....
if you consume one box per day..
so in a month time u spent RM7 X 30 days
which is RM210...
WAT A GREAT WAY TO SPENT RM210 !!!!
if you continue smoking....in a few years time...
you will look like this......
yellow teeth tat does not match her appearance !!!!
she would look so much hotter with bright white teeth!!!
WHAT ABOUT THE PROS OF SMOKING ??!!!!
NOTHING !!!!!
IT IS NOT COOL AND WILL ONLY BE A BURDEN TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.....
in short, smoking only brings harmful effect to you and your loved ones.....
Smoking is addictive....
quit now before it is too late....
dun be a fool to try out...curiosity can kill you.....
